The Patriot Corps is the action arm of the foundation which concentrates on everyday, practical matters which promote liberty.

This is in furtherance of objectives as outlined in Article I, Section 32 of the Washington State Constitution:

"A frequent recurrence to fundamental principles is essential to the security of individual right and the perpetuity of free government."

The Patriot Corps places America's founding documents into the hands of Americans, handing out Constitution booklets as free of charge (as donations allow). Founder Matt Erickson has personally handed out 3,600 constitution booklets since July 4, 2010, including 2,000 going door-to-door in his neighborhood.

The Patriot Corps fights oppressive government action in the courts; for instance, supporting Founder and President Matt Erickson's 2005 flag case against the City of Leavenworth, Washington. Dr. Erickson sued the City on Free Speech grounds after it enacted four emergency ordinances preventing him from erecting a large, American flag on his property and required a government permit before any new flag could be displayed or any new flagpole erected (under appeal).

Matt Erickson was also the named plaintiff in the Evergreen Freedom Foundation's 2010 executive order lawsuit against Washington Governor Christine Gregoire. In 2009, after the legislature failed to enact a legislative bill on climate change, Gov. Gregoire executed an Executive Order implementing climate change actions originally proposed in the legislation, but without the legislature. The case was successfully settled after the Thurston County Superior Court judge ruled that the Governor's Executive Order was simply a non-binding directive, and that executive agencies had to look to prior legislative authority to act.

The Patriot Corps also promotes its 2010 Petition for Redress of Grievances.
